材料：实验于2002-07/2004-09在大理学院基础医学院机能学实验室完成。选用ICR小鼠40只，雌雄不拘，由昆明医学院云南省天然药物药理重点实验室提供。
MATERIALS : The experiment was carried out at the Functional Laboratory of Basic Medical College between July 2002 and September 2004 . A total of 40 ICR mice of both sexes were provided by Kunming Medical College , Yunnan Naturally Occurring Drugs Key Laboratory .
