The experimental results show that Erzhi Pills can markedly increase the weights of immunological organs in mice and antagonize the immunosuppressive action of prednisolone .

目的：探讨加味二至丸对缺铁性贫血（IDA）大鼠复健的作用机理。

Objective : To study the mechanism of recruitment function of Add-Subtract ( AS ) two solstices pill in treating Iron Deficiency Anemia ( IDA ) rats .

结果：二至丸低、中、高剂量均能明显升高亚急性衰老小鼠皮肤SOD活力，使其MDA含量明显下降，增加衰老小鼠皮肤羟脯氨酸含量，提高皮肤成纤维细胞数目。

Results : Erzhi Pill with a little , average and massive dose could obviously enhance the skin SOD activity of the subacute senile mice , clearly cut down MDA and its content and increase the hydroxyproline amount and the number of the skin fibroblast .

二至丸具有显著降低D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠血清CHO、TG和LDL-C含量，升高HDL-C含量的作用，其中二至丸中剂量的作用表现的更为全面和突出。

Erzhi Pill has the functions of significantly degrading contents of CHO , TG and LCL-C in blood serum caused by D-galactose leading to aging of rats and increasing HDL-C. The function of midst dosage expresses overall and predominant .

二至丸各剂量均有上调Bcl-2、下调Bax蛋白表达的作用，其中低剂量作用效果最好；各剂量均有下调Caspase-3蛋白表达的作用，但三者之间差异不显著。

Each group of Erzhi Pill has the functions of promoting Bcl-2 and inhibiting Bax proteinic expression , the effect of lower dosage is the best . Each group has the function of inhibiting Caspase-3 proteinic expression , but their discrepancies of statistical are not obvious .
