中西医结合治疗鼻后孔出血疗效观察

Curative effect of choanal bleeding by combined treatment of Chinese medicine and Western medicine

方法对鼻咽癌放疗后鼻后孔闭锁8例采用经鼻内窥镜切除纤维瘢痕后射频处理创面，并置入橡皮管扩张。

Eight cases of choanal atresia after radiotherapy were treated by radio freguency under nasal endoscope and implanted with rubber tube .

纤支镜取异物20例，取出17例（85.0%），两者成功率差异无显著性（P>0.5），但纤支镜取异物耗时不确定，并有5例异物通过鼻后孔时跌落入食道。

The successful rats showed no statistical difference between the two methods ( P > 0.5 ) . However , when the flexible bronchoscope was used , foreign bodies dropped into the esophagus in 5 patients .

目的：探讨鼻内镜下激光治疗鼻咽癌（NPC）放疗后放射性鼻后孔闭锁的远期疗效。

Objective : In order to know the long-term curative effect of Nd : YAG laser to treat the choanal atresia after radiotherapy under nasal endoscope .
