目的：观察湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）油纱条填塞引流治疗髂窝脓肿的疗效。

Objective : To observe the efficacy of MEBO gauze in treating iliac fossa abscess .

5例急性梗阻患者均没有放置双J管，2例因髂窝血肿压迫者行血肿清除术；

Double J catheters were not implanted in ureter of 5 cases of acute ureteral obstruction , the operation of hematoma clearing were performed in 2 cases because of iliac fossa hematoma ;

椎旁脓肿15例，髂窝流注性脓肿4例。

Fifteen cases had para-vertebral abscess , and 4 had psoas abscess .

The simultaneous pancreas kidney transplantation was performed in 1 case which was diagnosed as type ⅱ diabetes with renal failure . Renal allograft was placed in the left iliac fossa , whereas pancreas allograft in the right iliac fossa with pancreas exocrine drainage to bladder .
