  1. 其穿出点的位置主要在髂后上棘与坐骨结节连线的中1/3(50.00%)或上、中1/3交界处(48.33%)。

  2. 方法选择30例血清阴性脊柱关节病病人,于其体表标志髂后上棘处固定一直径为10mm圆形金属标记物,行骶骼关节CT扫描并观察。
