【结果】序列分析结果表明，序列全长为1140bp，定义了11种单倍型，单倍型比例为68.75%，说明辽宁新品系绒山羊和内蒙古阿尔巴斯绒山羊的遗传多态性比较丰富。

Comparisons of these isogenous sequences we define 11 mitochondrial haplotypes , and the percentage of haplotype is 68.75 % . It suggests that Liaoning new breed of Cashmere goats and Inner Mongolia Arbus Cashmere goats are rich in hereditary variability .
