阳气不足

强直性脊柱炎中医病名为大偻，其病因病机主要是肾督亏虚、阳气不足，风寒湿热邪（尤其是寒湿偏重者）深侵肾督。

AS related to TCM disease name is the " dyphosis . " Its etiology and pathogenesis are the Governor kidney deficiency , yang deficiency , wind cold dampness evil ( especially those cold dampness emphasis ) deep invasion of the kidney Governor .

导致本病症发生发展的原因，首先是阳气不足，心阳虚衰，病情日重则可导致气血阴阳失调，及寒、痰、瘀、浊的阻滞。

The first reason of the primary disease was deficient and weak YANG QI , followed the deficiency of heart-yang , pathogenetic condition may result in the imbalance of the yin and yang , qi and blood , and the stoppage of cold , phlegm , stagnant blood .

结论：阳气升之不及是抑郁症的病理关键，脑腑阳虚（阳气不足）为抑郁症的病理实质。

Yang asthenia of brain is the essence of depression .
