  1. 结果:不同种红之间在菌丝、分生孢子、闭囊壳和子囊孢子等超显微特徵方面存在一定的差异,据此可对红进行区分和鉴别。

    Results : there exiss some differences among several common Monascus fungi in supermicro-morphologic characters including hypha , conidium , cleistothecium , ascospores and so on , which serve as deposing the evidences to classify and identify Monascus fungi .

  2. 结果表明,供试菌株在PDA、CZG培养基上,25~35℃,偏酸性条件下生长良好,其中13株分离菌株在普通条件下均进行有性生殖,产生闭囊壳等结构;

    On the condition of acidity , 25-35 , these fungal isolates grow better , the optimum medium was PDA or CZG , on the general condition , 13 isolates produce cleistothecia , asci and ascospores ;
