ABSTRACT : Objective To study the effects of hemorrhage combined with closed fracture on delayed type hypersensitivity ( DTH ) responses in mice and to explore the relevant mechanisms .

Conclusion Hemorrhage combined with closed fracture decreases the DTH responses in mice , which may be attributed to the reduced antigen-presenting capacity of DC in the injured mice .

方法：对14例下肢闭合性骨折引起的张力性水泡进行治疗。以MEBO直接涂于水泡，配合应用大剂量抗菌素及脱水药物。

Method : 14 cases of tension vesicle due to lower limb closed fracture were treated with MEBO , associated with large doses of antibiotics and dehydrating drugs .

方法：自1996年5月－2001年4月间，用AO重建钢板治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折48例，其中男31例，女17例，闭合性骨折45例，开放性骨折3例。
