This paper deals with the composite treatment of Mo – Cr plasma surface alloying and plasma super-saturation carburizing on 20 carbon steel substrate . The composition of surface layer is close to that of molybdenum high speed steel .

研究结果表明:Mo-Cr共渗层厚度在100μm以上,表面Mo含量可达20%,Cr含量达到10%,超饱和渗碳表面含碳量超过2.0%,表面成分接近钼系高速钢。
Results indicated that , the depth of coating is over 100 μ m , and the contents of Mo 、 Cr in the surface alloying are 20 % and 10 % . Then ultra-saturated carbonization alloyed component is similar to molybdenum HSS with surface carburizing 2.0 % above .
