衖

至于正中的花园，有人主张其两边应当有美观的衖巷，植以果树；

For the main garden , I do not deny , but there should be some fair alleys ranged on both sides , with fruit-trees ;

在这些衖巷底大多数之中，也应当栽植各种的果树，使他们或攀缘墙壁，或自成行列。

In many of these alleys , likewise , you are to set fruit-trees of all sorts ; as well upon the walls , as in ranges .
