目的探讨1HMRS在海绵状血管瘤、静脉性血管瘤和血管肉瘤中的应用价值。

AIM : To investigate the clinical application of proton MR spectroscopy ( 1HMRS ) in cavernous hemangioma , venous angioma and hemangiosarcoma .

方法利用HE染色、免疫组织化学抗生物素蛋白生物素复合物法（ABC法）观察15例上皮样血管肉瘤，电镜观察其中12例。

Methods 15 EAs were observed by means of HE staining , immunohistochemical staining ( ABC method ) and in part by electron microscopy .

结论EH的病理形态具有一定的特征性，诊断时需要和转移性癌、上皮样血管肉瘤鉴别，同时在概念上需要与上皮样血管瘤区别。

Conclusions EH has distinctive histopathologic features , but should be differentiated from metastatic sarcoma , epitheloid hemangioendothelial sarcoma and epithelioid hemangioma .

目的：探讨消化道原发性上皮样血管肉瘤（epithelioidangiosarcoma，EA）的临床表现、病理特征及治疗预后。

鳞癌CK均为阳性表达，而CD45和波形蛋白（Vimentin）均为阴性；血管肉瘤表达F8和Vimentin。

Expression of CK from SCC was positive , while CD45 and vimentin were negative , F8 and vimentin were positive in angiosarcoma .

方法：采用H-E和免疫组织化学SP法染色对本院6例肝血管肉瘤和5例上皮样血管内皮瘤（EHE）进行研究，观察肝原发性恶性血管肿瘤的临床病理学、免疫组化特点。

Methods : H E and immunohistochemistry were used to study 6 angiosarcoma and 5 epithelioid hemangioendothelioma ( EHE ) of the liver .

血管肉瘤还显示明显的核异型，易见核分裂，并常可见坏死灶。而所有这些特点在SCH是不会照例出现的。

结果海绵状血管瘤与静脉性血管瘤、血管肉瘤各代谢物曲线下面积在MRS表现上比较有显著差异（P<0.05），海绵状血管瘤组：Cho下降、Cr上升、Lac下降、Ace下降；

Results A significant difference existed between curve-area of each metabolites for cavernous hemangioma , venous angioma and for heman giosarcoma ( P < 0.05 ) . We observed decreased Cho , increased Cr , decreased Lac and decreased Ace in cavernous hemangioma ;

结论TXT对恶性度高的鼠血管肉瘤细胞株，体内、体外试验具有明确的增殖抑制作用及延长生存期的效果，是治疗血管肉瘤有应用前景的抗肿瘤药物。

Conclusions TXT had obvious effects of proliferation inhibition and prolongation of survival days on high grade malignant angiosarcoma in the in vivo and vitro study . TXT should be a very useful anti-tumor drug in the treatment of angiosarcoma in the future .
