方法：纳入1998-09/2003-09葫芦岛市中心医院骨科腰椎管狭窄手术后患者60例。随机分为观察组30例，对照组30例。
METHODS : Sixty patients following operation for lumbar spinal stenosis were selected from the Department of Orthopaedics , Huludao Central Hospital from September 1998 to September 2003 . They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 patients in each group .
