方法应用流式细胞仪（FCM），荧光素标记单克隆抗体技术测定68例2型糖尿病患者（血管病变35例，无血管病变33例）及31例正常人CD62P、CD63的阳性表达率。

Methods 68 type 2 diabetes mellitus ( 35 cases with angiopathy , 33 cases without angiopathy ) and 31 normal individuals entered this study . The expression level of CD62P and CD63 were measured by flow cytometric immunoflurescence .
