结果11例患儿的临床特征一般为18个月内起病，表现为频繁发作的交替性偏瘫、短暂的眼球震颤、肌张力异常、舞蹈徐动样动作，常伴自主神经功能紊乱和认知功能减退；
Results Patients were characterized by onset before 18 months of age universally , and frequent episodes of alternating paralysis , together with transient nystagmus , dystonia , choreoathetosis , autonomic dysfunction and development of cognitive impairment .
