In 9 centenarian autopsies , one showed pulmonary infarction , one with urinary bladder inferior vein embolism , and one with multiple local myocardial infarction .

方法：（1）两组大鼠分别经膀胱灌注和静脉注射~（125）I-UdR，连续采集血液，用γ计数仪测定其放射性。
Methods : ( 1 ) Two group of rats were given intravesical instillation and intravenous injection of ~ ( 125 ) I-UdR separately . Serial blood samples were taken and measured by γ scintillation counter .
