目的介绍脾脓肿的病因，发病机理，临床表现及诊治方法。

Objective To introduce the etiology , pathogenesis , clinical manifestation , diagnosis and treatment of splenic abscess ( SA ) .

结果脾脓肿可分为尸检型和临床型。尸检发现率为04%～07%。

Results SA could be divided to autopsy type and clinical type , the demonstration rate of SA was 0.4 % ~ 0.7 % in autopsy .

总结了治疗多发性脾脓肿的三条经验，即一针多腔，由深及浅，先小后大的原则，强调残余脓肿不论大小均要穿刺治疗。

The three principles on treatment of multiple splenic abscesses are one needle for many abscesses if rom deep to shallow ; and from , small to big .

方法自1978年至2000年以带蒂大网膜填塞脓腔治疗脾脓肿5例。结果5例全部治愈。

Methods Five cases of splenic abscess were treated by infilling of the pedunculated omentum into the abscess cavity from 1978 to 2000 . Results All patients were cured .

结果本组发生胰瘘1例，脾窝脓肿3例，肺部感染3例。

Results In this group , pancreatic fistula occurred in one case , spleen abscess in 3 cases , pulmonary infection in 3 cases .

脾感染性疾病：脾脓肿，脾结核及脾包虫病。

Inflammatory splenic disease : Abscess , tuberculosis and hydatidosis are commonly seen .
