It was proposed that emergency ESWL has been an effective means for upper urinary tract stones with anuria or acute renal colic .

结果：尼群地平对肾绞痛有明显缓解作用，其总有效率达81.6%，与曲马多、度冷丁的总有效率无显著性差异（P0.05）。

Results : nitrendipine has obvious effects to renal colic , the total effective rate is 81.6 % , and there is no significant difference between tramal and dolantin ( P 0 . 05 ) .

D-J管在肾绞痛治疗中的应用

方法对临床确诊的102例急性肾绞痛患者随机分为观察组及对照组，观察组给予黄体酮20mg及阿托品0.5mg肌肉注射，对照组给予度冷丁75mg及阿托品0.5mg肌肉注射。

Methods 102 patients who were clinically diagnosed as renal colic , were randomly divided into observation group and control group .

方法：对90例肾绞痛患者行输尿管插管治疗，同时行KUB和逆行造影，发现结石者行ESWL未发现结石输尿管通畅者拔除输尿管导管。

其肾绞痛、恶心呕吐、发热URSL低于ESWL（P<0.05），URSL的并发症为1.7%的输尿管穿孔。

The side effects such as kidney colic , nausea , vomiting , and fever in URSL group were lower than those in ESWL group ( P < 0.05 ) . The complication of URSL was 1.7 % ureteral perforation .

方法39例急性肾绞痛患者，B超发现轻度肾积水，KUB未能明确诊断，行IVU60min不显影或呈白肾。

Methods Thirty-nine patients with acute renal colic , who were found light hydronephrosis by B-ultrasound but not calculi by KUB , were underwent IVU . In 60 min the involved kidneys were not filled with contrast medium or appeared as renal parenchyma visualization .
