Methods : The sperm DNA were analyzed with the flow cytometer . It was from the quantity of haploid , diploid and polyploid of DNA to judge the quality of sperm and its improvement after treatment .

方法：用环磷酰胺（CPP）诱致小鼠骨髓细胞DNA损伤，以微核（MN）和姐妹染色单体互换（SCE）为指标，观察温补肾阳、延缓衰老代表方金匮肾气丸的抗DNA损伤作用。
