  28. 方法体外单层培养豚鼠肋软骨细胞,对照组培养液为无血清DMEM,实验组在培养液DMEM中分别加入IGF-1和bFGF,使其终浓度分别为10、50、100ng/ml,培养5天;

    METHODS Monolayer costal chondrocytes of 3-month old guinea pigs were cultured in serum-free DMEM with IGF-I and bFGF respectively , and the concentrations of the growth factors were 10,50,100ng / ml.
