  1. 组织学观察实验组纤维性骨痂、软骨性骨痂、骨小梁之间过渡加快,毛细血管增生明显。

    Histological examination showed in the experiment group the transformation of fibrous callus , cartilaginous callus and trabecular bone were faster than that in the control group .

  2. 膜区及机化区的纤维组织内有骨样组织生成,骨折断端处有纤维性骨痂形成,可见成片的软骨组织,纤维组织增生和大量骨小梁形成。

    Membrane area and region of fibrous tissue within the bone like tissue generation , fracture broken end of fibrous callus formation , visible piece of cartilage tissue , fibrous tissue proliferation and a large number of trabecular bone formation .

  3. 骨折并脑损伤组早期纤维性骨痂形成较慢,骨折早期骨痂内成纤维细胞及成骨细胞NGF表达较弱,第14天表达增强,出现成骨细胞。

    In fracture with cerebral injury group , the callus formed slowly and NGF expressed weakly at early stage of fracture , but increased and appeared chondroblasts at 14 days .

  4. 组织学切片显示骨折愈合过程中可同时见纤维性骨痂和软骨性骨痂形成。

    Provisional callus and endochondral callus were observed in tibia fracture healing under histological sections ;

  5. 骨折后7天,骨折断端主要为纤维肉芽组织,14天为纤维性骨痂组织;治疗后7天,骨折断端有纤维性骨痂形成,14天已有软骨性骨痂和骨性骨痂形成。

    While , seven days after treatment , fibrous callus was formed in broken ending , osteoid callus and bony callus was shaped after fourteen days .
