  • [dextrin] (C 6 H 10 O 5 ) n 指各种水溶性的右旋胶质多糖中的任何一种,将淀粉加热或在酸、酶作用下制得,呈黄色或白色粉末状或颗粒状。将它进一步水解能产生麦芽糖和葡萄糖。用作胶粘剂、纸张和纺织品的胶料、树胶代用品以及用于果汁和啤酒的制造中
