本文报道了用HPLC法测定抗心血管病药物硝苯吡啶及有关化合物的油水分配系数（P）；

Reported in this paper is an HPLC method for determining partition coefficients of nifedipine ( and its related compounds ) in maxtures of fat and mater .

B组给予硝苯吡啶1～2mg／kg·d，分三次口服；

Children in group B were given Nifedipine ( 1-2mg / kg · d ) orally three times a day .

目的：了解硝苯吡啶（Nifedipine，NF）对急性缺氧幼猪氧动力学的影响。

Objective : To evaluate the effect of Nifedipine on oxygen dynamics of juvenile pigs with acute hypoxia .

CONCLUSION : The mechanisms underlying the action of nifedipine was to endogenous ET synthesis / release , and also to its ability in antagonizing the biological actions of ET.

目的和方法：在甘油致大鼠急性肾功能衰竭（ARF）模型上，观察了硝苯吡啶对ARF大鼠肾功能及内源性内皮素（ET）释放的影响。

AIM and METHODS : The effects of nifedipine on renal function and endogenous endothelin ( ET ) release were observed in a rat model of glycerol-induced acute renal failure ( ARF ) .

硝苯吡啶组治疗后血肌酐和血、尿β2-MG虽有所下降，肌酐清除率有所增加，但未达统计学水平。

In N group after treatment , the blood creatinine and blood and urine β 2-MG were reduced and creatinine clearance rate was increased but without statistical significance .

结果与硝苯吡啶组比较，硝苯吡啶控释片降压效果更明显，不干扰HRV昼夜变化节律，两组患者治疗前后血糖、血脂无明显变化。

Results Compared to the nifedipine group , the reduction of blood pressure was more significant in control releasing nifedipine group without interfering the HRV day and night rhythm , bolld lipid , blood glucose and renal function had no obvious changes in both groups .

NO组（22例）在硝苯吡啶治疗的基础上，一次性吸入10PPMNO30分钟。

And patients in the NO group received NO ( 10 ppm ) inhalation for 30 min , in addition to oral nifedipine .
