目的：评价在良性前列腺增生（BPH）开放手术的同时行经腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术的疗效。

目的探讨免气囊分离无钉合完全腹膜外腔镜腹股沟疝修补术（TEP）的效果。

Objective To investigate the effect and the feasibility of totally extraperitoneal ( TEP ) endoscopic inguinal hernia repair using an unfixed mesh without a dissection balloon .

方法对69例行无张力疝修补术患者和31例行传统疝修补术（Bassini法）患者于术前1天，术后1周，术后3月用SAS和SDS进行测试。

Methods Using SAS and SDS test 69 cases with tension_free hernioplasty and 31 cases with traditional hernioplasty ( Bassini ) in one day before operation and one week ? three months after operation .

结论：同期行TURP及腹股沟疝修补术，方法简单、疗效肯定，可避免二次手术的痛苦，尤其对老年病人具有特别意义。

Conclusions : TURP combined with repair of inguinal hernia at the same time is a simple and effective method , which can avoid second operation , and it is more significance to the aged especially .

结论Kugel补片微创腹股沟疝修补术具有创伤小、患者恢复正常活动早等特点，同时其学习曲线为10例，容易掌握。

Conclusions Kugel herniorrhaphy is a minimally invasive , tension-free , almost sutureless , and total inguinal repair . The leaning curve is about 10 Kugel herniorrhaphy .

目的：探讨联合经腹腹膜前腹腔镜疝修补术（transabdominalpreperitonealprosthetic，TAPP）、腹腔内网片植入术（intraperitonealonlaymesh，IPOM）的腹腔镜疝修补法的安全性和可行性。
