目的：了解儿童热力烧伤后现场急救措施的真实情况。
Objective To study the truth of first aid in spot after heat burning .

方法：面对面询问记录184例儿童热力烧伤后监护人采用的现场急救措施。
Methods First aid in spot used by the guardian of heat burning of184 burned children were collected through asking-answering face to face .

结果：儿童热力烧伤后均未接受正规的现场急救，14.1%的患儿接受了初步冷疗，85.9%的患儿接受了错误急救措施。
Result After heat burning about children , none had received correctly first aid in spot , 14.1 % of all had received basically correctly first aid in spot , and85.9 % of all had received mistreatment .
