  3. 方法:18例(AD)患者给予氢溴酸加兰他敏肌注治疗,每日2次,疗程1个月。

  5. 结果:所制的盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释片可以缓释长达8h。结果氢溴酸加兰他敏缓释片在24h内呈现良好的缓释特征,释药行为符合Higuchi方程,制备工艺及释放度测定方法简单易行。

    RESULTS The sustained release tablets can continuously release for 24 h and the dissolution curves in vitro showed that the drug release could be best described by the Higuchi equation . The methods of manufacture and determination were simple also .
