  2. 目的:观察氢化麦角碱(DHET)治疗脑血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。

    Objective : To assess the efficacy of dihydroergotoxine ( DHET ) in treatment of vascular dementia ( VD ) .

  3. 结论VD小鼠海马组织CaM、CaMPKⅡmRNA在较长时期内表达减少可能与VD发病相关,而氢化麦角碱可以提高CaM、CaMPKⅡmRNA的表达水平,并改善VD的临床症状。

    Conclusions Our study suggest that the lower expression of CaM and CaMPK ⅱ mRNA in hippocampal neurons during a relatively longer time might participate in the pathogenesis of VD . Dihydroergotoxine mesilate may increase the expressions of CaM and CaMPK ⅱ mRNA and improve the clinical symptoms of VD .

  4. 方法:将93例VD患者按区组随机法分为激光合电针组、电针组和药物组(氢化麦角碱,DHET),每组31例。

    Methods : 93 patients suffering from vascular dementia were randomly divided into three groups , the combination of intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation with electroacupuncture group ( 31 cases ) and the medicine group ( dihydroergotoxine , DHET , 31 cases ) .
