  1. 胸部CT显示不同程度气道狭窄,气管支气管壁增厚和(或)钙化;

    Chest CT showed airway stenosis of different degrees with tracheobronchial wall thickening and / or calcifications in all the cases .

  2. 目的观察纤维气管镜下氩气刀(APC)治疗各种原因所致气道狭窄的近期疗效。

    To evaluate the effectiveness of argon plasma coagulation ( APC ) via bronchoscope in the treatment of tracheobronchial stenosis .

  3. 结论:经纤支镜引导下放置国产NT支架是治疗严重气道狭窄既经济又十分有效的方法。

    Conclusion : The method of BF guided to place domestic made stent would be a safe and economical effective operation on the severe tracheal bronchial stenosis cases .

  5. 术前常规行高千伏胸部X线摄片和CT检查以了解气道狭窄的部位、形态和范围。狭窄段位于气管10例、右侧主支气管1例、左主支气管2例。

    Materials Thirteen patients with severe tracheal stenosis of various causes underwent high kilovoltage radiography and computed tomography for evaluating the site , form and extent of the stenosis including 10 at the trachea , 1 at the right main bronchus and 2 at left main bronchus .

  6. 结果:22例患者中,A组气道狭窄缓解率为63%,B组气道狭窄缓解率为81%,2组缓解率无明显差异(P0.05);

    Results : Of 22 cases , airway stenosis was ameliorated in 63 % patients in group A and 81 % patients in group B ( complete response rate + part response rate ) . There was no significant difference between the two groups ( P 0.05 ) .

  7. 与支架植入后7天比较,气道狭窄段腔径、气促指数、FVC、FEV1、PEF值的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。

    Compared the results of 7 days after stents implantation , the difference of mean lumen in the stenosis segments , Borg index , FVC , FEV1 and PEF were not significantly changed ( P > 0.05 ) .
