经细菌学和数值分类法（Biolog）测定，发现11个细菌种与病害有关，但来自假单胞杆菌属4个种的绝大多数菌株不致病。

Eleven bacterial species were differentiated by bacteriological and numeric taxonomy ( Biolog ) method . Most of the isolates from the 4 species of Pseudomonas did not induce any symptom on rice plant .

Gas chromatographic analysis of fatty acid methyl esters ( GC FAME ), Biolog ( computer aided numeric taxonomy method ) and other tests were used for identification of 16 antagonistic bacteria against damping off of cucumber seedlings .
