HPLC的结果显示在氮限制条件下，细胞的墨角藻黄素（Fucoxanthin）/叶绿素a、叶绿素c/叶绿素a比值高于磷限制和未受营养盐限制条件（对照组）；
The HPLC results showed that under N limited condition , the Fucoxanthon / Chlorophyll a and Chlorophyll c / Chlorophyll a ratios were higher than those under P - limited and unlimited conditions ;

总体上，叶绿素a和墨角藻黄素的含量都是随着光照强度的升高而显著下降，随着温度的升高而升高。
Both chlorophyll-a and fucoxanthin decreased with the increase of light intensity , however , increased with the increase of temperature .
