他于1910年创刊了我国第一种地学学术杂志即《地学杂志》，共出版181期，发表各种文章1520多篇，其中有关地质方面的文章约160篇，各种地质矿产图共22幅。
He started the first kind of geoscientific academic magazine named " Geosciences Magazine " in 1910 ( 181 issues in all ) included more than 1520 articles , among them , 160 articles are on the geology and 22 maps are on the geology and mineral resources .
