先有优势卵泡后逐渐萎缩27例，包括多囊卵巢综合症11例，卵泡不破裂黄素化6例，未见优势卵泡13例。

27 cases have advantage ovum initiate and atrophy gradually , including 11 cases of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome ( PCOS ) and 6 cases of Lutenized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome ( LUFS ) . 13 cases have not advantage ovum .

单独培养的窦前卵泡在第5d有60%卵泡退化，光镜下见卵泡色泽变暗变黑、结构模糊，卵泡膜出现破裂，只有26.7%的卵母细胞在培养7d时有GV出现。

By contrast , 60 % rat preantral follicles cultured alone degenerated in the first five days , turned darken , losed structure , became vague , occurred rupture in membranes and only 26.7 % of oocytes developed GV there .
