· METHODS : The clinical data of 300 cases underwent operation on corneal foreign body at a tangent by one-off injector .

Methods : Three hundred and sixty six elderly people , totaling 732 shoulders , underwent acromion anterior posterior X ray radiography with acromion tangented by the beam , and the incidence of the osteophyte of acromion was studied .
