本文研究的思路是，在产业政策理论的基础上，借鉴美国和日本实施产业政策的新经验，构建出符合我国新型工业化要求的新的产业政策。

The aim of my thesis is to construct new industrial policy applying to the new type of industrialization in our country , on the basis of the Industrial Policy theory , by using the new experiences of implementing the industrial policy in U.S.A and Japan for reference .
