Materials Thirteen patients with severe tracheal stenosis of various causes underwent high kilovoltage radiography and computed tomography for evaluating the site , form and extent of the stenosis including 10 at the trachea , 1 at the right main bronchus and 2 at left main bronchus .

结果:22例患者中,A组气道狭窄缓解率为63%,B组气道狭窄缓解率为81%,2组缓解率无明显差异(P0.05);
Results : Of 22 cases , airway stenosis was ameliorated in 63 % patients in group A and 81 % patients in group B ( complete response rate + part response rate ) . There was no significant difference between the two groups ( P 0.05 ) .

与支架植入后7天比较,气道狭窄段腔径、气促指数、FVC、FEV1、PEF值的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。
Compared the results of 7 days after stents implantation , the difference of mean lumen in the stenosis segments , Borg index , FVC , FEV1 and PEF were not significantly changed ( P > 0.05 ) .
