  1. 本研究在建立了应用血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比积(PCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)三项简易指标综合判定(简称筛查法)诊断群体儿童营养性贫血性质方法的基础上。

    In this paper , we set up a screening method to diagnose the types and the causes of nutritional anemia in collective children , according to three simple targets : Hemoglobin ( Hb ) . Packed Cell Volume ( PCV ) and Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration ( MCHC ) .

  2. 目的观察平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)检测对溶血性贫血(HA)的诊断价值。

    Objective The study was conducted to evaluate the diagnostic value of the mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration ( MCHC ) in hemolytic anemia ( HA ) .

  3. 结果(1)运动组小鼠较安静组小鼠红细胞压积显著上升,血小板数显著增加,平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度则显著下降(P0.05);

    Results ( 1 ) hematocrit ( HCT ) and platelet ( PLT ) of exercise group mice were significantly increased , while mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration ( MCHC ) was lower than that of control group ( P0.05 ) .

  4. 感染猪与非感染猪血液指标相比较,红细胞压积明显较低(P<0.01);白细胞数、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、血浆总蛋白均较高(P<0.01)。

    PCV of infected pig was significantly lower than that of normal pig ( P < 0.01 ), but WBC , MCHC and PTP were significantly higher ( P < 0.01 )

  5. 与正常对照组比较,除红细胞分布宽度、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度外,脑梗死组患者急性期各项指标差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05,0.01);

    Except RDW and MCHC , all the other indexes in the patients with cerebral infarction at exacerbation were significantly different from those in the normal control group ( P < 0.05,0.01 ) .

  6. 微血管病变组平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均血小板体积(MPV)增大,平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)降低;

    Mean corpuscular volume ( MCV ) and mean platelet volume ( MPV ) increased and mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration ( MCHC ) decreased in the patients with microangiopathy .
