  1. HPH的发病机理有如下几种学说:①在高原环境下扩血管和缩血管激素的比例失调;

    HPH pathogenesis includes following hypotheses ( 1 ) proportion inbalance of the vasoconstrictor hormone and vasodilator hormone at high altitude environment ;

  2. 目的:探讨高原环境对骨代谢的影响,测定与骨代谢相关细胞因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和尿脱氧吡啶酚(DPD)的浓度变化。

    Objective : To discuss the effect of high altitude environment on bone metabolism and determine the change of serum level of IL-6 and TNF - α and density of urine DPD .

  3. 结合病理变化把CT表现分为两型:脑肿胀型和脑水肿型。结论:在高原环境下不但要注意脑水肿的诊断治疗,更要重视脑肿胀的识别与处理。

    Conclusions : The pathological changes of brain under simulated hypoxic condition could be divided into two type : cerebral swelling and edema types on CT examination for diagnosis and treatment in clinic . $

  4. 而对无氧代谢关键酶:乳酸脱氢酶(lactatedehydrogenase,LDH)的结构和特征对低氧的适应性是动物高原环境适应性研究的一个热点。

    The key enzyme of anaerobic metabolism : Lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ), whose structure and characteristics is a hot topic of hypoxic adaptation research .

  6. 结论:谷胱苷肽转移酶Pi野生基因型在高原环境中表现出选择性优势,可能与不同个体对高原低氧反应的敏感性不同有关。

    CONCLUSION : Glutathione S-transferase Pi wild genotype shows selective advantage in the setting of altitude hypoxic challenge , and its genotypes may be related with the different susceptibility of response to high altitude hypoxia .

  7. 在高原环境下,使用三氧消毒杀菌机对手术室空气作用1.5h可达到较好的消毒效果。

    In plateau environment , disinfection of air in operating room with San-Yang Germicidal Disinfector for 1.5 h can achieve good disinfection efficacy .

  9. 目前关于HIF-1α基因的研究主要集中在人类的疾病、适应高原环境以及低氧训练效果等方面,尚未有人将此基因的功能扩展应用到受糖酵解影响的肉质中。

    Present researches on this gene were mainly in the aspects of human diseases , adaption of the altitude environment and training effectes under hypoxia . The relationship of the function and meat qualities which are influenced by glycolysis has not been reported .
