2。肌肉骨膜瓣与骨髓加松质骨颗粒联合移植能够较好较快的修复特长段骨缺损，可能是因为bFGF与TGF-β与BMP、PDGF等多种生长因子相互作用促进诱导成骨的结果。

Because of the interaction of bFGF , TGF - β, BMP , PDGF and so on , combined transplantation of muscular-periosteal flap , bone marrow and spongy bone granule can repair bone defect earlier and better .

7例既有前颅底骨质破坏，又有硬脑膜缺损且直径在2.5cm以上者，以带蒂额肌骨膜瓣、帽状腱膜额骨膜瓣或带蒂颞肌筋膜骨膜瓣修复。

Other 7 cases with defects , diameter more than 2.5 cm , on both the skull base and duramater were covered with frontalis muscle flap or temporalis fascia flap .
