34例陈旧性肺结核并发周围型肺癌的X线和CT诊断

X-Ray and CT Diagnosis of 34 Cases of Obsolete Pulmonary Tuberculosis Accompanied with Peripheral Lung Cancer

目的探讨陈旧性肺结核合并周围型小肺癌的CT影像特征及鉴别诊断。

Objective To study the characteristics and differenital diagnosis of obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied with peripheral minor lung carcinoma .

结果18例中均为浸润性肺结核，其中13例为陈旧性肺结核，5例为涂阳肺结核；

Results 18 cases were all infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis , 13 them were calcification focals , 5 were active pulmonary tuberculosis ;

所有患者肺野内均可见陈旧性肺结核灶，8处病灶为活动性，15例并发胸膜病变。

Old pulmonary tuberculosis was present in all patients , and fresh tuberculous lesions in 8 patients . Pleural lesion was noted in 15 cases .

94例陈旧性肺结核组中，少数民族36例、汉族58例，血中特异性抗结核抗体阳性率分别为77.78%和74.14%，两者无显著性差异；

There were 36 of minorities and 58 of Han nationality in 94 obsolete TB cases , the positive rates of anti-TB-IgG were 77.78 % and 74.14 % in the minority and Han nationality , the difference was not found between the two groups ;

病因分类：特发性气胸24例，继发性气胸42例，其中慢性阻塞性肺病22例、肺癌5例、陈旧性肺结核8例、肺纤维化4例，其他3例。

Cause of disease classification : idiopathic pneumothorax 24 examples , secondary pneumothorax 42 examples ( chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 22 examples , lung cancer 5 examples , the pulmonary tuberculosis 8 examples , the pulmonary fibrosis 4 examples and 3 other examples ) .
