Studies of Allozyme Heredity Diversity of Wild Litchi in Two Hainan Nature Protection Areas

采用常规聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术，对海南吊罗山和霸王岭两个国家级自然保护区野生荔枝等位酶遗传多样性进行了研究。

Allozyme variation and genetic diversity were evaluated among wild litchis sampling from two nature protection areas of Bawangling and Diaoluoshan in Hainan Island .

野生荔枝在中国的广东、广西、海南和云南等地有较广泛分布，其果实性状与目前栽培荔枝果实性状接近；

Wild lychee is widely distributed in the provinces of Guangdong , Guangxi , Hainan , and Yunnan in China , its fruit pericarp characters are closely to cultivars ' .

三种荔枝群体遗传相似系数和遗传距离表明，栽培品种与野生荔枝的遗传距离最大，而半野生荔枝在遗传物质上更接近野生荔枝。

The genetic similarity coefficient and genetic distance assessment suggested that the largest genetic distance among the three genotypes of litchi was between cultivated litchi and wildlife litchi . However , the semi-wild litchi was similar to wildlife litchi in genetic material .
