本研究选取西北师范大学体育学院2008级本科的两个男生组作为教学实验对象，聘请专家小组进行技能考核，并对表象能力和焦虑水平进行测量来检验表象训练的教学效果。
In this study , selecting the Northwest Normal University Sports Institute 2008 undergraduate two male groups as a teaching experiment , employing expert group evaluation skills , and appearance of the ability and anxiety level were measured to test the effect of imagery training in teaching .
