血热型TNFα抑制活性最强，与血燥、血瘀相比，差异有显著性意义（P＜0.001）。

TNF α of the heat in blood patients had the strongest inhibitive effects , the differences were significant when compared with that of dryness in blood and blood stasis patients ( P < 0.001 ) .

血清中VEGF的水平为血热型组>血燥型组>血瘀型组。

结论：清凉活血饮具有降低血液粘稠度、调节机体纤溶系统功能的作用，治疗血热瘀阻型RVO效果较好。
