菊花提取物对大鼠肝微粒体细胞色素P（450）的影响

Effects of The Extract of Fios Chrysanthemi on Hepatic Microsomal Cytochrome P_ ( 450 ) System

方法：大鼠分别灌服给予相当于生药量10g/kg、2g/kg菊花提取物，连续15天，用超速离心法制备肝微粒体，用紫外分光光度法测定细胞色素P450及其同工酶的活性。

Methods : The rats were given orally the extracts in the doses of 10g / kg and 2g / kg ( equivalent to the crude herb ) for 15 days respectively , and then liver microsomes were prepared with ultra-centrifuge method .

方法：将小鼠随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组小鼠腹腔注射野菊花提取物（2ml/kg），1次/d，连续7d。

Methods : All the mice were divided into normal control group and test group . The extraction from Chrysanthemum indicum was injected to test group ( 2ml / kg ) for 7 days and physiological saline to normal control group ( 0.2ml for each mouse ) by i.p.
