莲沱组

宜昌三斗坪地区南华系CIA研究表明该区南华系下统莲沱组下部的CIA值在50~65之间（干燥寒冷），上部为65~75之间（温暖潮湿）和顶部为55~60之间（干燥寒冷）；

Our results show that the value of CIA is at50 ~ 65 in the lower part , 65 ~ 75 in the upper part and55 ~ 60 in the top part of the Liantuo Formation , Lower series of Nanhua .

热事件沉积产物见于下震旦统莲沱组，夹于河流相沉积的砂岩及粉砂岩中。硅化粉的砂岩碎块保留有原始层面。

Hot event deposits occurred in Liantuo Formation of Lower Sinian , interbedded in fluvial facies sandstones and siltstones . The presence of fragments of silicified siltstone retains their original bedding .

从有关地质事件、微古植物组合、同位素年龄及有争议的地层剖面的研究，板溪群和长江峡东震旦系经典剖面的莲沱组之间不存在上、下层位关系。

From the studies on the relevant geological events , microfloras , isotopic ages and two significant controversial stratigraphic sections , the Banxi Group , as a whole , was not sedimented before Liantuo Formation in Yangtze Gorges area .
