目的：探讨白念珠菌与肠病性肢端皮炎发病之间的关系。

Objective : To discuss the relationship between candida albicans and acrodermatitis enteropathica ( AE ) .

曾在当地医院诊断为肠病性肢端皮炎，给予硫酸锌口服治疗2年余，无明显效果，并且病情进行性加重。

He was diagnosed as acrodermatitis enteropathica in a local hospital and treated with zinc sulfate for more than two years without significant effect , and lesions progressively worsen .
