方法采用巴豆油引起的家兔声带炎症模型和二甲苯引起的小鼠耳炎症模型，观察CPI、聚维酮碘（PI）和双氯芬酸钠（DS）局部涂抹给药的抗炎作用。

Methods : After chorditis vocalis in rabbits were caused with croton oil and ear swelling in mice with dimethylbenzene , the antiinflammatory effects of local treatment with CPI , PI and DS were observed .

结果：口腔给予复方聚维酮碘组兔的体重、脏器指数、血常规和血清生化指标（GPT、GOT、TP、BUN、Cr）与对照组比较无明显差别（P>0.05）。

RESULTS 30 d later , the body weights , organ coefficients , CT , hemogram and biochemical indexes ( GPT , GOT , TP , BUN and Cr ) in CPI treated groups had no significant difference compared with those of control group .

聚维酮碘（PVP-I）是聚维酮与碘的络合物，是一种广谱杀菌剂，能杀灭病毒、细菌、真菌、芽孢等。
