实验表明,含氮中锰奥氏体耐磨钢经高能喷丸处理后,可获得平均晶粒尺寸约为20nm的纳米晶组织表面层,表层相组成没有变化,喷丸后硬度提高了约21.5%。
The results show that the nanograined microstructure with the average grain size of obout 20 nm is obtained in the surface layer of this steel by high-energy peening process . The phase constitute is not changed . The hardness of the peened sample is increased by about 21.5 % .
