Based on the bacteria leaching mechanism of polymetallic sulfide ore , two stage bacteria leaching process is put forward , which eliminates negtive influence of nickel on the dissolution of chalcopyrite . The leaching recovery of copper and nickel is respectively 68.07 % and 68.13 % .
