目的：建立一种实用、简便的金钱白花蛇药材DNA分子标记鉴别方法。

Objective : To develop a convenient and effective method for the identification of Bungarus multicinctus .

基于所得DNA序列数据，设计了一对高度特异性的鉴别引物用于金钱白花蛇的PCR鉴定。

Based on the sequence data of Cyt b gene fragment , a pair of highly specialized primers , used as diagnostic primers , was designed for the PCR identification of the crude drugs .

方法：用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（SDS-PAGE）测定人工牛黄、鹿蹄筋、蝮蛇、乌梢蛇、金钱白花蛇及其伪品的主要蛋白质分子量。

Method : Molecular weights of the proteins were measured by modified sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis ( SDS-PAGE ) . Results : The bands were always quite distict .

研究结果表明用本鉴定引物对金钱白花蛇的PCR鉴定方法简便、有效，实用性强，该方法还有可能成为中成药复方组分鉴别的一种新手段。

The results indicate that diagnostic PCR using the primers designed in the present study is a simple , effective and applicable method for the authentication of Bungarus parvus , and this method might also be a new way for examining the compositions of Chinese patent medicine .

The results showed : The anti-inflammatory action of composite recipe of BP might be correlated to pituitary - adrenal system .

重点提出了对金钱白花蛇经鉴定后，在蛇口内嵌入防伪药丸或防伪标志，采用硬质塑膜压新包装等真伪防范措施。

We propose a countermeasure : after confirming the true Bungarus multicinctus , inserting a falsepreventing pill or mark into its oral cavity and packing it in mould pressing plastic package .
