目的：验证哌普嗪棕榈酸酯（哌棕酯）与氟奋乃静癸酸酯（氟癸酯）在临床疗效及副作用方面的差异，为临床合理用药提供依据。

Objective : The purpose of this study was to verify the differences between pipothiazine palmitate ( PP ) and fluphenazine decanoate ( FD ) in clinical efficacy and side effect , then offer evidence for clinical medication .

以不同碳链长度的对硝基苯酚酯为底物对全细胞酶活进行性质检测，结果表明：对硝基苯酚癸酸酯（C10）为最适反应底物；

The whole cell enzyme activity was characterized with 4-nitrophenyl ramifications used as the substrate . Results show that the optimal substrate is 4-nitrophenylcaprate ( C_ ( 10 )) .

结果：氟哌啶醇癸酸酯治疗难治性精神分裂症其显效率52.9%，有效率85.3%。

Results : Significant effective rate is52.9 % , and general effective rate is85.3 % .
